Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return & exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example: you received an incorrect or defective item. Also see REARLITES® product guarantee. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for sending the products back. We recommend using a postage service with tracking in order to have proof of return.
If you need to return an item, please Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the product you would like to return. Our team will assist you and provide full instructions on our return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of your package being returned to our address.
In the event your unit does not work properly or fails within 90 days, please Contact us at [email protected] with your order number to receive return instructions and we will ship you a replacement (See REARLITES® product guarantee).
Cancel an order
To insure prompt shipping and delivery, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order.
Price Adjustments
Sorry, but we can’t make price adjustments. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by purchasing early, you ensure you get the display units you want.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders within the USA. This policy may be updated at any time by REARLITES®, LLC.
Shipping carriers are a 3rd party service, we cannot guarantee delivery times for domestic or international shipments.
We ship Monday – Friday, with a cutoff time at 12pm CST.
International Orders
Not available at this time.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. Once the order is placed, we are unable to modify orders, and unable to modify shipping addresses. Refunds will not be available if the customer has written an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Contact your shipping carrier office with tracking handy to your package.
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes shipping carriers update tracking information as “delivered” a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
